1. Introduction

Welcome to our website.
By accessing and booking a property through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after:

  • Full or partial payment is received
  • You receive a confirmation email
  • The booking appears as confirmed in your account

We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.


3. Prices & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
  • Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional services may incur extra charges.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Online Payment Providers
  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate:

Flexible Rate

  • Free cancellation up to X days before arrival
  • After that, cancellation fees may apply

Non-Refundable Rate

  • Full amount charged at booking
  • No refund in case of cancellation

No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount.


5. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From [Insert Time]
  • Check-out: Until [Insert Time]

Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Guests must present a valid ID upon arrival.


6. Security Deposit

Some properties may require a refundable security deposit.

The deposit may be used to cover:

  • Property damage
  • Missing items
  • Excessive cleaning

The remaining balance will be refunded after inspection.


7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Respect neighbors and local regulations
  • Avoid parties or excessive noise
  • Use the property responsibly
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.


8. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

We are not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Croatian regulations.

Your data is used solely for:

  • Booking management
  • Communication
  • Legal obligations

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health emergencies

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Croatian courts.
