This is newly redecorated (2017) 4* apartment with modern interior design.
It is located cca 200m from the old historical center of Trogir. 300m from the nearest city beach.
Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all in walking distance.
Apartment has 80m2, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace.
It is equipped with free WiFi(speed~300Mbs), 3 air conditioning units, SMART TV with Netflix and IPTV.
There is a free parking place for one car.

The space
Apartment is situated near town centre, everything is in walking distance, no need to use the car or any other means of transportation.

Guest access
Free parking place! We have a place for one car only. If you’re arriving with more cars, please let us know and we’ll arrange additional parking places if possible.

Other things to note
Please respect our house rules, there are also other tenants living in the house (on the first and the last floor of the house, we are in the middle)!

1. Check IN Time after 03:00 PM.(15:00h)
2. Check OUT Time @ 10:00 AM.
3. No Pets allowed inside the apartment.
4. No Smoking or Vaping in the apartment.
5. No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms.
6. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
7. No Parties, No Loud Music. QUIET time between 9:00 PM(21:00h) and 08:00 AM is strictly enforced.
8. Please DO NOT wash the towels or sheets.
9. NEVER use towels for cleaning the floor.
10. DO NOT use towels for Makeup Removal.
11. DO NOT remove bedding sheets or mattress covers from the bed.
12. DO NOT take any of the sheets, towels or blankets outside the apartment.
13. NO shoes in the bedrooms
14. Adjust AC thermometer to maximum 7 degrees difference from the outside temperature (conserve the energy = save the Earth)
15. Close all doors and windows when going out, (during bad weather or storm close all window blinds and pull up the awning on the terrace(balcony)
16. Remember to double check for personal belongings.
